Dingley Village - come to the Community Meeting Wednesday October 2nd, 2019 at 7pm

This is not a Save Kingswood meeting, however the Kingswood issue and others will be presented, with councillors and Council Officers in attendance.

1/ YET ANOTHER THREAT TO THE GOLF COURSE!

A committee has been set up by Government to advise on the use of Golf Courses. Of course the committee does not include any residents.
The Department of Environment Land, Water and Planning Golf Course Redevelopment Standing Advisory Committee is inviting feedback on their draft Planning Guidelines for Golf Course Redevelopment

Submissions due TODAY September 30th

CLICK HERE for the Government info.

Click here for info to include in your submission - especially NO NETT BENEFIT TO DINGLEY VILLAGE

Tell them there is no need for a committee - Councils and the Minister already fit that role.

Also there is NO net community benefit and a high level of environmental sustainability will be destroyed.

From the Planning Minister Hon Richard Wynne

"The Minister has always encouraged councils to make decisions in line with the expectations of their local communities.
The developer has issued a statement saying they accept the decision and do not plan to resubmit their proposal.
As a result, there is nothing before the Minister to consider.
Should any type of proposal be put forward in the future, it will need to be considered on its merits at that time."
